Welcome
Hi there! Welcome to my website! This page is meant to help educate folk on transgender individuals, as it is a topic very near and dear to my heart. I grew up in a non accepting household and had to teach myself about the topics to understand what some of my friends were going through during middle school, and as it turns out, I'm trans myself! Kinda funny how that works, yeah?
On this website, you'll find a list of the most common transgender and nonbinary identities, as well as what trans healthcare is like, a few resources on activism and politics surrounding it, as well as resources and examples on how to support your transgender family and friends and where to find for support if you're a trans person yourself.
The content is designed to be informative and accessible to everyone, whether you're learning about these topics for the first time or are already an advocate for trans folk, this website should be easy to read as well as accessible with screen readers for all of my individual disabled people wanting to learn more as well.
About Website Creator
My name is Hannah Hopkins, I also go by either Vee or Moth, and I am an autistic, bigender butch lesbian pursuing an associates degree in graphic design at Edison State Community College. This website was hand built/coded for my Fundamentals of Web Development class for Levi Smith. For my future career, I wish to pursue a job with the Linus Media Group as a product designer or website manager. My pronouns are he/she.
I was born and raised for the first years of my life in Cleveland, Ohio, but now currently live in Sidney, Ohio along with my mom, younger brother, older sister and 2 (absolutley insane) dogs. I spend my time outside of my academics playing creative sandbox games such as Minecraft and Roblox, and I enjoy creating art in my free time as well! I have been drawing and creating since I was 10 years old. I have always wanted to dive into a creative career since I graduated Upper Valley Career Center in 2021. I attended my junior and senior years for Interactive Media, and fell totally in love with digital media and design.
